The FCADC State of the Economy Breakfast was held on March 9, 2023 at Green Grove Gardens in Greencastle. The day also marked the 36th Anniversary if the FCADC. The breakfast, which was attended by more than 320 community and business leaders from across the County, included an economic year in review from Mike Ross, FCADC President, as well as presentations from Steve Thomas, Director, Franklin County Planning Department on the County Comprehensive Plan, as well as from Bill Kick and Dr. Allen Dieterich-Ward on the Cumberland Valley Rail Trail expansion into Franklin County.
