Governor Josh Shapiro announced that Keystone Sheets will invest $52.7 million to expand its manufacturing operation creating at least 80 new jobs in Chambersburg within the next three years. The company is leasing and renovating a 420,000-square-foot facility at 1465 Nitterhouse Drive in the Chambers-5 Business Park.
