On March 3, 2026 the FCADC celebrated its 40th Birthday and hosted its annual State of the Economy Luncheon.  More than 200 business and community leaders attended the special luncheon held at The Orchards Restaurant in Chambersburg.  The program highlighted the FCADC’s 2025 successes, and 2026 priorities and featured a special focus on the FCADC 40 year impact on Franklin County’s economy and quality-of-life.  The Franklin County Board of Commissioners presented a special citation honoring the FCADC’s 40 years of success and its positive impact on the County.
