Lot 5 Wharf Road Industrial Park

The FCADC has begun work in its 3-lot subdivision and development of the 20.5 acre Lot 5 within the Wharf Road Industrial Park on Zane A. Miller Drive in Zullinger (Washington Township).  After a competitive bidding process, David H. Martin, Inc. of Chambersburg was selected as the prime site work contractor.   The subdivision and sitework will be completed with the assistance of a PA Sites Program grant that was awarded to the FCADC in 2025.  The total project cost is estimated at more than $5.4 Million.  All three lots are already under agreement of sale.  The project represents one of the largest single economic development investments made by the FCADC in its 40-year history.
